Shipping
At the Vintage Vagabond, we offer shipping worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and that some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the quantity of your item(s) and the shipping option you choose. Dependent upon your selection, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at The Vintage Vagabond! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. Refunds after this date will only be issued in the form of store credit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused(if new or DS) and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be packed as securely as they were received.
You will also be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Customers also have the option of returning an item in exchange of another of the same price. After inspecting the returned item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or ship out the item(s) for exchange.
Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the refund or credit within a certain amount of days (typically 3-7 business days).
